Crisis Support

If you or someone you care about is experiencing a crisis, you’re not alone. We are here to help.

What does “crisis” mean?

“Crisis” can feel different for everyone — whether it’s a sudden mental health breakdown, overwhelming emotions, or feeling unsafe. It’s okay to ask for help, no matter how small or large the concern.

Steps you can take

  • Talk to someone you trust — a friend, family member or mentor.
  • Call a helpline — trained listeners can offer immediate support and guide you through next steps.
  • See your GP or call NHS 111 if you need medical advice.
  • If you feel unsafe or in danger, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
